Castle Pines Commercial Douglas County, Colorado A distinctive mixed use development encompassing 400 acres that will serve as a commercial core for Douglas County. The development will include a regional shopping center, a festival center, two major hotels, and corporate and speculative office space. The project will be constructed over the next 25 years. Consultant within the design team preparing the master plan and design for the project. The team includes architects, civil engineers, and transportation, merchandising, marketing and entertainment specialists. RBLA provided planning, urban design and landscape architectural consultation.
