Harlan Estate Oakville, California 1988-1994 Ongoing consultation to the owner relative to the overall master plan and specific site planning and design services for phased improvements of access roads, vineyards, reservoirs, home sites and winery sites on +220 acres of beautiful hillside property. Services included extensive on site evaluation of design alternatives, field control work including flagging and staking and construction observation.
