Johnson/ Nelson Estate, This unique property is located in the newest appellation in the Napa Valley: The Pritchard Hill District. The property encompasses approximately 300 acres of rolling hillside topography that overlooks the Napa Valley and San Pablo Bay; with clear conditions, views of San Francisco and Marin County are often possible. RBLA has been responsible for ongoing consulting services since 1997. This has included site master planning, vineyard block layout, winery site location studies, erosion control plans, road and utility infrastructure design and wildlife/habitat assessment. Currently, we are constructing large boulder retaining walls for the main residence and planting specimen native oaks and olives, which will serve as the foundation for the estate grounds.
