Stillwater Cove Crystal Bay, Nevada Consultant to the developer for comprehensive landscape development and construction management of a unique condominium resort complex on North Shore, Lake Tahoe. Our work included site planning and design of the recreational facility; circulation design; tree management and protection plan, revegetation and erosion control, and planting concept for the whole site; in short, total involvement with the project. Because of it's waterfront location on Lake Tahoe, a stringently regulated area, and the rugged and heavily wooded nature of the terrain, this project required not only a strong design commitment to preserving the integrity of the site but an exceptional degree of care and attention in construction management to bring the plans to realization – with spectacularly rewarding results.
